Are you insured?
-Yes, all RhythMix performers have liability insurance up to $1,000,000

Does RhythMix offer extra options such as enhanced lighting, photobooths, and drape?
-Yes, please contact us for extras and pricing

Do RhythMix performers carry backups for emergencies?
-Yes, each performer brings extra equipment to each event should there be an emergency. All performers are required to have up to date, working equipment.

Will I have the opportunity to meet my DJ?
-Yes, with a day as special as your wedding you definitely should know more about your DJ! Our DJ staff will make themselves available first for an introductory meeting so you can learn more about them individually and us as a company before booking. After booking your DJ you will again have the opportunity to meet 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding to go over all of the wedding details!. Your DJ will work with you to create an agenda for the evening and go over all of the formalities for the entire event. 

Do I have an option to choose my music?
-Yes, prior to your event you will have access to our online client portal where you can enter requests, suggestions and most importantly songs that you do not want played. When you meet with your DJ he will listen to your input and provide other suggestions to make sure the music programming engages the guests and fits the vibe you are looking for.

How many breaks do RhythMix DJs take while performing?
-Our DJs do not take any breaks and will be live mixing throughout the dancing portion of your night.

Does your DJ also serve as the Emcee/Master of Ceremonies?
-Yes, each DJ is trained to handle all formalities such as introductions, special dances and cake cutting on the microphone. If you are interested in having an additional performer on site to serve as Emcee that can also be arranged. We are equipped with wireless microphones to ensure convienence and clarity when it comes to speeches and toasts!

What time do you arrive at reception location to set up?
-We arrive at least an hour and a half before our start time to complete set-up, sound check and review the timeline/agenda with catering or venue director. If a larger package or additional upgrades are booked we may arrive at location two to three hours prior to event start time. 

Do you offer sound for the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour?
-Yes we offer many options for ceremonies! We can provide wireless lavalier (clip on) microphones to amplify the ceremony and provide all the music for processional and recessional. We also create custom ceremony setups utilizing drapery and dramatic lighting . For cocktail hour we also provide an hour mix based on your musical preferences. If you are interested in live music for your wedding ceremony or cocktail hour we also have violinists, guitarists, harpists, pianists and saxophone players available!
